The Sri Venkateswara Temple of North Carolina is built by the Indian community in Cary, NC to protect and preserve Hindu culture, values and Hindu Sanathana Dharma and then pass them on to future generations living in North Carolina. The SV Temple has grown in size & stature and has become a charter for religious, spiritual and cultural needs. As a final step in the temple construction, they are building an iconic Rajagopuram, which represents The Feet of the Lord. This Rajagopuram will be seven stories (87 feet) tall; the tallest Rajagopuram in the United States.
